CRITIQUE 1st CYCLE..

First a little background, I'm 6'5 230 llbs, college basketball player, just finished season and looking to add lean muscle while cutting BF %. been doing a lot of research on pro hormones and decided to try H-drol. First time PH user. don't know my bf% but would guess 13%. diet is clean!

Maybe some sort of SERM (depending on body rxn and cort blocker) some say its needed others say no since H-drol is mild.

Advice Please!
 
use PCS every day and use inhibit E every other day trib 4g per day every day. i would use cycle support as well, itll take care fo your liver and you BP and your cholesterol.
 
i wouldnt worry about a serm for this cycle...but you may find yourself wanting to bump the doses of hdrol...thats pretty light

good lookin! whats a good PCS brand? Is H-drol a good PH for my goals. Couple of teamates are recommending a deca/test E stack instead of the PH
 
just remeber that deca is detectable for up to 18 months so any ncaa testing could really f@ck you up.......a test cycle would be nice in the off season tho....

thats right but theres always ways around that! I'll be good until next oct 09. I just don't know if I'm ready for that its a big jump from only protein, creatine etc . I think the H-drol should be good rt? I was even thinking of an H-drol, HMG extreme stack

yea we do. I actually I haven't put too much thought in IS due to that reason! I'm good til Oct. I was planning on starting my 1st ph tommorow. but I'm starting to get a little nervous
 
If you're nervous at all, then you need to put it on hold until you've researched enough to feel confident about your undertakings. Plan on holding off another week and see how you feel then.

i hear you! I've been reasearching for a while and had my cycle completley ready. Just been getting alot of opinions on different dosages and PCT recommendations e.g. serm or no serm. some say you have to others say no! I think I'm extra cautious and little paranoid since its my 1st. kinda like playing in your first college game..full of jitters and little anxiety lol

You would go up to 150 mgs for your 1st ph cycle?

How bout my pct, would you add anything else? Should I run my pct for 4 wks or longer since I'm doing a 6 wk?

well if your goals are to harden up a little and get increased endurance than its a great product....but other than that its useless except at higher doses...you will see...run your cycle the way it is....you will be wanting to bump it trust me.....but the only way to learn is through trial and error....

thats true! I'm cool when comes to playing n games with injuires, but with these supps i can be sort of a p***y since I'm a rookie...but your right trial and error I'm gonna start tommorow, Mooch thanks for the advice and keeping it real! I'll keep you updated!
 
150mg sounds gear towards and experienced ph/aas user. I would stick with lower doses since you should get excelent resaults with this being your fist cycle. lower end being 75mg-100mg because of your wieght
it should be great for your goals
50/50/75/75/100/100
you could go lower since its your first cycle but i always have to dose most everything higher being 225lbs
