I think your missing what everyone is getting at here. Diet and Exercise plans come first. Until you have a solid diet, there really is no reason to give you advice on the supplements. Supplements are just that, supplements. Your diet is key and your training regimen is as well.
As for the age issue, I personally don't even feel you demonstrate the maturity level of a 16 year old. So I have my doubts of you being over that age but that's neither here nor there.
