Hey not to gross anyone out, but my body isnt absorbing this Creatine at all and seeing it give me the one finger salute in the toilet makes me wanna light the rest on fire. Anyway I was wondering if anyone has a powder suggestion instead. It doesn't have to be hcl and can be monohydrate or combo of others, for price as long as it doesnt cost me my limbs I'm good. I have used celltech in the past, I just wasnt a fan.

brand doesn't really matter with creatine. I prefer a monohydrate though. I use ON creatine monohydrate

Stick with a product that is monohydrate, 3-5 grams per serving.

I prefer products like Erognine or PowerMax XT since they are more than just a basic creatine product. They are an ergogenic aid that help with recovery, performance and even body composition. PowerMax XT contains 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, 2.5 grams of betaine, 2.5 grams of l-alanyl l-glutamine 2 grams of COP and 1 grams of glycerol. It has more than that, but those are some of the highlights.

L-alanyl l-glutamine is great for recover. COP is great for recovery and performance. Betamine at 2.5 grams has been shown to enhance power, protein synthesis and even body composition.

Bodybuilders who take a daily 2.5 g betaine [structural formula shown here] for six weeks will improve their body composition. Sports scientists from Coastal Carolina University draw this conclusion in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. But how betaine stimulates muscle build-up and fat breakdown at the same time remains a mystery.

Athletes who take 2.5 g betaine daily and do intensive training increase their body's anabolic response to the workout. Sports scientists from the University of Connecticut write about the phenomenon in the European Journal of Applied Physiology.

Yes, these ergogenic aids are more expensive than plain creatine, but the benefits they provide are worth it and should be a staple.

Currently, Nutriverse has 20% of PowerMax XT and an extra 5% off with the code AM5.

Same. I'll just pick up some bulk creatine monohydrate and run it 5g daily. That's the best way to go.

You might check out SNS Creatine Mono. It's quality and just plain old effective Creatine Monohydrate.

You can usually get it much cheaper than that three letter store as well ;)

I would suggest a combination product or a basic mono. SNS has both a creatine and a creatine hcl that might work for you.

Micronized creapure or creatine monohydrate is the most studied, time tested, and economical form of creatine. However, if you are a non responder or experience any side effects such as water retention, cramping, bloating, stomach upset, etc, you may want to try alternative forms that are also effective but slightly more expensive. Creatine HCL and Magnesium Creatine Chelate are effective and cost a tad bit more and each offer there own benefits. If buying in bulk, the price difference should be minimal.

Also no need to do a loading phase. Just take 2.0-3.0 grams daily and you will hit saturation eventually. Then just take 3 grams on training days. This should minimize any possible side effects and let you know if you need to adjust the dose.

I personally love SNS MCC. I love that I'm getting Magnesium along with Creatine every day ;)

SNS also has Creatine HCl caps coming soon, along with the flavor powder, which is already available.

Some good suggestions in here,

I will add PEScience TruCreatine to your list of considerations of a quality bulk option

Because I see you considering even more from it, you need to check out our 9-in-one Ergogenic formula Ergonine
