Hey guys I have been getting back in the scene and I am taking a multi vitamin, bcaa, pre workout, protein, and a thermogenic. I have been trying to decide if I want a Creatine. My question is which one and I want something that will not be harsh on the liver. Any input would be great here. Thanks.

No creatine will be harsh on the liver brother.

If that is all you are taking I have a great suggestion for you to up your game naturally.

Look into Ergonine. Sold for under$1/day you get your creatine and 8 other ingredients. It is 9 of the best ingredients for bodybuilding and performance all at proper dosing in one easy and delicious scoop per day.

Check out reviews and now some logs starting up on it. All of the ingredients together will be a big jump for you from your current stack at unbeatable value :)

There is some misinformation out there but is one of the most tested and proven supplements.

Creatine mono or HCL (if you follow Jym teachings) are the best sources.
As Driven stated, Ergonine covers you for creatine & more.

Regular creatine monohydrate is the way to go as far as the type of creatine. 3-5g daily is a fine dose.

If you're looking for a little extra in your creatine, CreMax is a great option. You get your daily dose of creatine at 5 grams, It also contains Betaine Anhydrous and Creatinol-O-Phosphate. The betaine can increase performance output, reduce fatigue, and even have a positive effect on body composition. The COP helps with recovery and endurance.

If you are cutting or even recomping, I would strongly suggest CreMax due to the increase in performance, recovery, and fatigue which can suffer during a cut or even at a small surplus. If you're bulking, CreMax would still be a great addition, but regular monohydrate would suffice.

Bulk sns mono, ergonine, cremax, or green mag are all options I would consider. Creatine is creatine (especially once you reach saturation)You pay more for the latter options but they both have extra goodies to help with endurance and other things. Can't go wrong with any of them though.

Well said, and a solid option.

Another solid option is Vital1ty by Olympus labs, a little more than just Creatine and will help you push through your workouts

As everyone said, creatine mono is the standard.

Our VITAL1TY contains 5g of Creapure creatine mono which is clinically patented and has countless studies on it effectiveness. It also contains the full dose of betaine anhydrous to provide great recomp effect and the often overlooked phosphatidylserine which has been shown to do many things including reduce stress, increase mTOR signaling which improves creatine uptake, as well as increase endurance and time to fatigue in its own right.

If you want a deal, then SNS Creatine Monohydrate 1.2KG tub is currently $10.29 from Nutraplanet. This tubs lats me just shy of a year which effectively puts it at $0.02 per day..

$10 for a years supply of Creatine? :D

Ergonine is definitely not just a creatine product, so I would not compare it to other creatine products.

As the name implies nine fully dosed ingredients: Creatine Anhydrous, Betaine Anhydrous, L-Carnitine, L-Tartrate, L-Alanine, L-Glutamine, Choline Bitartrate, HICA and Ferulic Acid.

All of which provide their own beneficial goal.

If you just want creatine for as cheap as possible Ergonine isn't the best option. If you want 9 ingredients at a value no one else can compete with then Ergonine is the best option.

Yeah, somehow I thought he just asked for creatine. Maybe I misread or misinterpreted his post.
