Creatine ????????????

When we say we only need 3 grams of creatine does that go for only creatine mono or every type of creatine???


I have creatine orotine and was wondering if that 3 grams rule applies to orotine or would i need more? thank u
the bottle suggests 6 grams
 
3-5 grams is good. The creatine orotate does the same as creatine just with the added benefits of orotic acid.

I've never taken it. I just stick to creatine mono or MCC. I've read reviews on it and people liked it but I would stick with either mono or MCC next time. But you'll be good with what you got.

creatine mono used to get me dizzy as hell for whatever reason

Have you tried MCC? If not I would try that next time. Use SNS MCC.

How were you dosing mono when you took it?
 

yea, u should see how hesitant i was taking Orotine, i was shook. haha

the dizzy spells i got with mono felt like a vertigo attack, but i said **** it and took orotine but to my surprise no dizzy spells.

i used to take creatine like it was nothing back then, and i responded so well to it too that i had to risk it again

What brand creatine? Just straight creatine? I've never heard of instantaneous vertigo from mono...

How many times did this occur? I'd venture to say it wasn't the creatine but who knows lol! Glad the orotate is working for ya! No one should be denied creatine use

Maybe you have an anxiety to Creatine Mono....seriously though I've never heard anyone having that issue. Water intake would be the first culprit, but not instant.

Naw no anxiety haha maybe I woke up dehydrated when I took it since I train at night and I come home drenched after boxing training

I usually don't intake as much water as I should before bed I wake up pissing yellow like I drank beer all night

Who knows

I take my creatine during lunch time so maybe I'm hydrated then
