Creatine

5 g with first meal and second portion - 5 g after workout.
In Off days 5 g with first meal and second portion couple hours later with another meal.
 
I agree with the 5gr a day for off days. On days that I workout I usually take about 3gr pre-wo and 3gr post-wo. I just do that because I have heard so many different opinions on if it is better to take creatine pre or.post workout. So I just split my dose and do both.
 
I personally do 10 g pre and sip it intra. nothing off days

When I was using it on wo and nwo days it was 5 pre/ intra workout day, and pre bed non workout days
