Creatine when cutting?

Currently cutting and worried about water retention issues. I know ppl say it's within the muscle cell however there is a bloat regardless. I'm considering magnesium creatine chelate? In my cut I just don't want to lose the fullness of the muscle belly etc...should I apply a form of creatine or just forget it and continue w yohimbine etc?

Keep the creatine IMO.

I do like MCC but mono or anhydrous is just as god if you match the creatine weight

I always use creatine on my cuts and actually just use it year round 4 days a week. Should help you maintain some strength and mass. I enjoy mcc although creatine is creatine. I always use green mag for the extra goodies. 80 servings for about $32. You can get sns mono though for extremely cheap as well.

Sick price on it

Ok how would I stack the green mag w a fat burner like yohimbine? I'm also taking animal stak as a t booster...I'm 37...I love stak

I'm 37, 235 lbs, 6'2 and 19% bf...low carbing on my cut...miss the muscle fullness
carb depletion will do that to you :( I always feel flat when I low carb. The carb up days are amazing though ;) as far as dosing I just dose post workout but it doesn't really matter as long is its a few hrs away from your yohimbine dose.

I'd avoid combining Green Mag and yohimbine because of the tyrosine content. Green Bulge is our capped MCC and would be fine to take in conjunction with yohimbine. Like the others said, creative is creatine. CL has bulk monohydrate for a good price, along with several other companies.

I always continue creatine when cutting. If bloat is an issue I take that as a cue to modify my creatine dosage until things balance out. So far so good ;)

What´s wrong with yohimbe + L-tyrosine ?

Why would you not take creatine cutting?
Creatine is stored intra-cellular not extra-cellular so the holding water myth
Creatine has been shown to super hydrate your muscles( cell volumization; it literally draws water into the muscle cells).

If you're open to suggestions in products that are creatine plus more, Ergonine should serve you well. Filled with ergogens aids that'll help on a cut.

Google "the cheesing effect"

They have interactions leading to large BP/HR increases

Interesting. I´ve used 3g L-tyrosine and 20mg+ yohimbine hcl before steady state cardio without problems. I was jittery as fawk, yes, but not to the point of having absurd high BP

Not everyone is going to react the same way, but it's not a combo anyone should recommend. :)

I would definitely use creatine while cutting. It will not make you bloated. CreMax could aid in recovery as well, which can be dampened when you're cutting.
Creatine has a long track record of increasing recovery. As well it contains gram doses of Taurine, Betaine Anhydrous and Creatinol O Phosphate which will all aid in performance and recovery times. As well it contains an electrolyte comples for proper hydration.
