Creatine Powder-out of date???

Hi,
i bought creatine monohydrate powder (not from this site)
almost 2 years ago now and have kept it in my room ever since still in the tub. Its kinda stuck together but thats it im just wondering if its safe to take or should i buy a new tub..

I've heard that over time, their potency will decline, but I'm pretty sure it'll still be okay.
