tomorrow i begin training a minor (19yo) who has been lifting for quite some time, but is painfully ectomorphic and I need to get him on some mass-gaining supplements. I'm thinking creatine and phera-plex, but I'm not sure the phera will be healthy, as he is under 21. If this is a popular opinion, what are some other otc/orderable supplements with generally positive results?
