What’s up guys, decided to finally post because I’m so excited about this but basically I stopped a rad140 cycle while I’m waiting for my test to come in and decided to hop on some creatine supp as a bridge to try and keep them gains.. now I was just getting back in to lifting again when I started the rad cycle and my bench was 205 for like 4 reps ish and it stuck there for a while, I got on the rad which brought my bench up to 225 for 4 which I was perfectly content with honestly for the shape I’m in... but then the cycle came to an end. Got on the creatine and now a little over a week into it my bench is 225 for 8?!? I either forgot how strong creatine is because I haven’t taken it in years or my creatine is laced with some ****! Lol! Anyone else stoked on something so simple as creatine? What other natty supps could give gains like this In pct?
