FINAFLEX Creatine Energy. This is a great product. Has the newly raved about Creatine Anhydrous as well as some very clean forms of monohydrate. 5g creatine per scoop, plus 100g caffeine. This product is favorable because its universal, has no flavor and is straight forward. Its creatine and caffeine, both of which I take pre-workout. It mixes well, however is best in warm or hot liquids to fully dissolve. I often would put it in my black coffee for a super strong cup of joe. I love coffee pre workout. During my 30 day run I gained strength, muscle fullness and had better pumps. As an addition to my program I utilized it to achieve body recomposition while breaking a handful of P.R.s. I experienced no bloat or G.I. distress. This is a solid product, quality ingredients and delivers results. My only problem is actually the caffeine, just for the fact that if im working out later at night it might make sense. That the only limit in this product, other than that, top notch!

Overall i would give this product a strong 4 to 4.5, this is a quality product.

I was very impressed with this product, Its not going to give you strength increases like a PH would of course. But there was clearly a noticeable difference, I would use this again 100%.

Would I recommend this to friends? DUH lol def would and will. I have always had nothing but the best results with any of finaflex products. This creatine plus caffeine is one of my fav combo's. The product mixed very easily and on top I can tell right away the fullness effect and energy it delivered
