I have been taking 5 grams of creatine mono everyday for 5 weeks so i think my body is pretty saturated. My question is should i continue taking 5 grams a day or 5 grams only on workout days?
In my experience, 2 grms dly is sufficient for maintaining pump, when combined with whey and glutamine. Regular breaks from use also help increase sensitivity to its effects. I think that after a point, excessive amounts are simply excreted. JMO
