creatine and fatlosss??

Ok so i just finished a massfx, hyperdrol, leanxtreme bulk put on a few pounds of muscle which i was happy about. But i also got a little chubby. Im looking to maintain the muscle and cut away the fat. Ive got anabolic pump and some recreate to help me. I plan on working out in the gym just as hard but add more cardio

i was wondering where you guys think its a good idea to take the ragnarok i have, i still want to keep building muscle if i can but if its going to cancel out the recreate and not let me cut up as well then i wouldnt take it, im just not sure what the thoughts are on creatine while on a cut

thanks alot guys

I like creatine on a cut, it gives me extra energy during the lethargic moments during the workout and makes me look more full. I've always used it on cuts and never had any problems with bloating, or it edging off my appearance.

Creatine is your best friend on a cut (well, from my experience). I would stack with beta-alanine so that the creatine can aid in the production of ATP to it's utmost potential. Also, throw in your BCAA's and you're good to go.

Aside from the size BENEFITS of creatine...think of it as a way to really keep hitting it hard in the gym. That extra ATP pool you have is PRICELESS when training at high intensity (HIIT, keeping your lifts heavy and intense, etc.). The BA will help block the acid from reaching the muscles, and thus enhance the creatine effects more (apparently) and everyone knows BCAA's will just help you train forever while saving your precious gains.

Good luck!

Im no pro or anything but when i think of creatine on a cut, while i have never tried, it does seem like it would be smart, as it puts water in the muscle where it needs to be, and keeps it off from areas where it would just store as water weight... then again i dunno. If someone knows i'm wrong, can you tell me why so i know?? :)
