What type of creatine? I took it about 5 minutes after I took my AP, with my AP and with food. I never kept a strict regimen. I've never seen such good gains off mono as I did with AP. I respond better to CM than CEE or Creatine gluconate. I take it 3 times a day.....am, pre/post workout. I bloated a good amount but the strength and size were worth it.
