Cre02 or Cordy VO2, which is better for...

...judo? I would've said VO2 for sure, but given the endurance aspect of VO2, as well as the anaerobic nature of judo, it might be a tossup.

What do you guys think?
 
since it is a sport that requires to be physically tough and strong as well as mentally, i'm guessing you'd not only want a product to help you breath better and be calm and collected...but a product that can do that, as well as add some strength right? ;)

Hey Nate,

I agree with Deuce and think CRE-02 and C5 will work perfectly. I don't feel you would need any more than 1-2 caps of C-VO2 along with CRE-02 if you go that route.
