Crazybassguy is Cutting Up

Ok guys, this is the start of my cut.

I am going for a body comp analysis on Thursday so I know where I'm starting from

I got my diet planned out 2000cal/day (40:40:20)

Got some whey, BCAAs, creatine, caffiene, CLA

Got a 7 day workout plan with 3 days heavy lifting and a load of HIIT & circuits and stuff.

Gonna run this for 4 weeks then check progress & re-evaluate, might throw some ECA in :) possibly some kind of test booster when I have some money!

Not looking forward to the 6am circuit training bit - but I hope to keep as much of my hard earned muscle and get good and shredded for the summer.

Think I'm about 163 right now - not got scales at home so use my mates (i know - lazy skinflint - should buy my own but hey what can ya do)

I started at 140 in October.......Im getting a proper body comp test this week so ill know exactly how much LBM i got. I've put on some fat but mainly muscle I think - not got 6 pack any more, but can still just about make out my abs when I flex - will see on thursday I guess - could be wrong.......

Ill post up the results
