But now that further testing shows that DS Craze and Gaspari Detonate both contained ETH-amphetamines, what are the chances that this settlement will be brought back to light?
I remember back a year or two ago when there was a class action against Gaspari's Novadex XT, as seen here Invalid Link Removed.
If a class action suit ever does arise again, I doubt the compensation will be that much due to the overwhelming amount of claims that are likely to be submitted, but as a consumer I think we do have a right to compensation for being "tricked" into consuming potentially dangerous substances.
