Has anyone tried different types of eggs besides chicken? Duck? Quail? Goose? Ostrich? I read that fish eggs like caviar and roe are also extremely nutritious and superior to avian eggs. Heck in Mexico they eat ant eggs (escamoles) and I read they are very nutritious and high in protein as well.
 
I'm embarrassed to admit that while I have always enjoyed eggs, I bought into the hysteria over cardiovascular health over the years. Since increasing my egg content in recent years I have experienced better muscle growth and am satiated more throughout the days.
