i am currently taking cr2 using the recommended dosage and i can definitely say that it is the best creatine i have taken so far. Strength is going through the roof without any bad sides(i usually get upset stomach when i use powders). I wanted to know when i get my second bottle can i double the dosage or should i just cycle off and then repeat the regular dosage to maintain the full effects? i am 5'6 177 lbs.
