Couple of questions guys

The first being, if I’m running a dmz methyl-test cycle would it be feasible to run a 6 day training one rest day week?

Secondly, I’m running a bulking cycle obviously so what are your guys meals looking like? Right now I’m eating a lot of scrambled eggs and chicken breast with avocados and whole wheat toast. With some veggies thrown in. Any suggestions?
