Yeah I know what you mean. My knees pop back out sometimes and I have to cue myself not to do that and drive through and finish with my hips. I'm fatigued pretty well at the end there so things aren't perfect. As long as I drive my hips and don't let off then I'm fine.

I think you're thinking of Lilly, I know he likes to do 70% 3x3 or thereabouts on meet week. I don't see the harm in it, keeps your cns primed. I know I've done unracks and squats with 50-60% on some Thursdays before meets and they always feel extremely heavy. You've got the right plan, man. Just execute.
