Country Gets HUGE with 5-3-1, Erase and DAA.

I really enjoyed condense but I got immune to it quick so now I'm on Mr Hyde with some extra tmg and yohimbine I like the combo

How would you say the 2 compare? There really isn't much to condense so it almost has to be the caffeine.
 
Mr Hyde Good energy hits me hard at first but smooths out quickly. Condense I really liked for the pump aspect I never really notice any stim effects but I take a lot of caffeine probably close to 700mg non-workout days and 8-900 on workout day
 
Country, if you can't handle stimul8 don't do Hyde...unless you want to quarter scoop it lol

Damn DMax, I don't know how you handle that much yohimbe. You would probably love Nano Vapor at 3 scoops. It's got a great formula at 3 scoops, just enough yohimbe to ruin my day lol

Prodigy is pretty decent - reminds me of Condense. White Flood's good, C4 seems pretty decent too - both have been in my PWO rotation recently (& later mixed in my own yohimbine HCL)

Thanks for the replies guys. My other post didn't go through. I will check some of that stuff out and I going to look into the ingredients In focus XT more. Maybe try a little stimulate w the condense for now.

Just some penicillin man lol..

Hell no. It was solid. And smelled bad. Damn.



Did a Deload squat. Lots of warm ups then 5 sets of 3 at 315. Nice and easy. Hit core and peaced out. That was 80% of training max.

Weights seem light at 85% because that's like 335ish x 5 and I've done 390x5. So I might bump my training max up 10-15 pounds on squats. Gona train deads off 600 Max so 540 training max which is good. Bench is going to be 270 training max and do 7/5/3 instead I think with similar drops in percentages. Gota be conservative.
 
Actually got sore from the Deload squats. Strange

Did some BS aerobic testing today for class in the form it a cycle ergometer and step test. Going to do a light body day tomorrow to round out my Deload. Might add some light pulls or save them for this weekend.

Planning out the next 4 weeks tonight. Gona get some perspective openers too. Chime in if you feel like it. I really appreciated the help from everyone last time, and wish napalm etc were still active on here! Just reread over everything I logged the 2 months prior to my meet because I obviously peaked right and wanted to do a similar deal for this pull meet, and then again for the next full meet. I think I am going to coast on legs and not go too crazy with squats, so I can focus on pulling and pulling well at my meet. I watched a bunch of videos including a good one by hawthorne on pulling and have identified some things I have been messing up recently and will be fixing those in a form/light session tomorrow to finish out my deload week.


the plan is to then do my week 2 of 5/3/1, then week 3 without going AMRAP (?) on week 2, then week 3 do my openers and assistance work. Week 4 deload/form work, mobility, and 30-40% 1RM on monday/tuesday of meet week.

Looking at doing 535-550, 585, 600. I will change this certainly after the next 3 weeks.
 
Also random ? but I think I am going to order a SBD singlet or else the anderson one or maybe a METAL one. I'm trying to figure out the sizing for the SBD because I'm just barely out of a large into an XL, I figure I will get bigger over the next 10 years, so I should probably size up and stick with the XL.
 
I have the anderson singlet, I bought it a size large because I had an inzer before that and it was, brutally tight. The anderson fit well a size up but the legs are longer than most other singlets I've seen. Catches the deadlift bar a little.

Pulls. Warmed up good then 315x2,3,3,4 back down.

Stretch and mobility. Fixed a lot of things I have going on. Just gota do it from now on.
 
Anyone looking at doing RPS Christmas Carnage? I was thinking about it but that's a bad weekend for me with school.

First day back on 5/3/1


Bench warm up an mobility.

Wrk sets 185x5, 215x5, 235x8 paused (PR). 225x9. 135x10

Pull ups 7,7 both paused.

Tricep superset

Stretch.

Had to leave for work.

Anything on bench that says PRs from now on is post injury. For reference old PRs were like 330x1, 310x2, etc.

Calculate a training Max of 275 from 305 Max I did recently. Seems to be a decent spot for me. I might bump it up a little. I'll let this cycle go then decide.

Thanks guys. Bench is recovering pretty good now. Like 245x10 is roughly a PR. For old. So I'm getting up there. I left a rep or so in the tank on this. So just keep being diligent with the program should bring me back up then get me used to heavy weight again. My form is getting back to normal again too and feeling better.
 
Long term and depends how my dead goes at this next meet and how my bench comes back over the next 8 weeks, but looking to open 405/275/550. Go 440/305/600. And third based on speed Etc 475/325-330/615-625.

Now time to stop thinking ahead and start training harder. I really want this single lift meet to go well but I would rather pull good at the full meet honestly.
 
We have like 60 Brazilian students at my college this year and some of these girls are impressive. I might move to brazil.

Deadlift week 1.

pulls. warm ups. work sets. All reps paused instead of TnG. 360x5, 405x5, 460x5, 460x7, 460x1 speed set.

bis, core, back xtn.

not a bad workout. all time PR was a just under 2 months ago with 455x10 TnG. For the crappy bars/equipment etc and the fact I did the 5 set before, I was pretty happy with 7. Even more important, I felt strong through the whole set, never had any issues with hitting my shins like I had been, no hitching, didn't even stray towards breaking form. Everything just felt more technically sound, which is what I was going for. Things felt a little slower, but with some changes in form that was sort of expected. Overall a good day and should put me well on my way for peaking for this meet. Another good training session of deads on sunday at the gym at home, might hop up to my week 3 (95% or ~515x1+) and then hopefully the next saturday I will hit opener (7 days before the meet) and then deload up to the meet. Probably will do some more form practice after my squat workout this week. gona try and sneak it in on thursday sometime, maybe after my exph lab. might do dead form work first then squat. since I'm pulling on sunday I might have to keep it a little lighter. should be doing like 85% of 395 so 335ish for 5+, shouldn't be too bad.

But seriously I did a report on Brazil back in the day. The amount of crime and corruption is awful.

Lots of nice areas too though, they have really good things as well. There are plenty of worse places to live for sure. I mean, there is a lot of corruption in the US too. I feel like they are really friendly too. I think it's about living in a nice area about any where you go.

Thanks dude. Yeah they are actually pretty good for cheap living and GDP and stuff like that. They switched over to ethanol fuel years back I think and so you can get around cheaper and all kinds of good stuff. Nice weather, cute girls, etc. hahaha.


I hate our weights and the bar is 1/4" bigger diameter and chrome and no knurling and no flex to it. Biggest struggle was holding the bar.




I bruised/strained an intrinsic muscle in my hand, part of the flexor for the pinky. It's feeling better now but knotted up and bruised initially. Idk why.
 
Metal, SBD, or Anderson singlet? I like them all.
 
5/3/1 squats week 1. Body weight was 198.6 (woah!)

work sets - 260x5, 300x5, 340x10(+5) PR, 365x2 speed reps, cool down

core, back, stretch and mobility. Out.

Trying to leave some in the tank for deadlifting because it got moved from monday to sunday night now. Gona be interesting.

That 340x10 is a 453 lb calculated max. I had another rep or two in the tank as well. Pretty happy with that. Definitely gona bump up my training max a little tiny bit next cycle though. maybe 20 lbs instead of 10.

Got my slinshot in the other day and have been carbing like a madman.

Haha thanks buddy. Happy my squat is still going good. My pull has me a little worried but I just have to keep being smart and doing the work I'm supposed to do and trust the programming and my body. Things are finally getting back on track for me and I'm so glad.

No stars. Back was tired from dead lifting only 2 days ago so I shut it down. Fresh would have been a few more reps.

I have black/white/red Adidias PL shoes and the SbD knee sleeves so I think either would look cool. I mean I don't care about looks a ton but I don't want to look like a clown. Will probably just go black and white.

Great night. I left at least one in the tank on 485. I didn't hitch a single rep and form felt perfect. I paused every rep and reset on the ground, no touch and go. Sadly I didn't video tape the set. I got pumped, played some five finger death punch, chalked up, hit some nose torq, yelled a little bit and set into it. Guys were all asking me why I didn't do more reps, but I'm glad I cut off where I did. Quality reps with good form are more important to me and seem to have better carry over in so many ways. Meet prep is going good. Lifting heavy week next week then singles the week after. Then deload week for the meet.
