Country Gets HUGE with 5-3-1, Erase and DAA.

Deads. Bw 192.8 clothed.

Pulls. Warm up. Lots of sets.135x7x3 245x3x3, 335x3x3 445 (4 100 plates) x1,1,1,2,2,2,3,5,5,5,1

Bis and core light accessory.

Pulls felt good but those 100 plates are weird. The weight being in tighter on the bar is harder off the floor.

Anyways. Knee has been feeling great lately so I'm happy. And shoulder is hangin In there. I think definitely bicep tendinitis.

A lot of pulling there man, ncie work.. haven't worked with 100s since high school, and then it was just like one on each side or two for leg press haha. i was a really weak twig then, like 6 foot 165 lbs lol.

Thanks guy. Yeah I just wanted to do it. I was gona do 5x5 but did the volume warm up sets instead. My body was still beat from squats. Got drunk tonight a little so I'm sure that'll help the workout tomorrow. Hahaha. Oh well. Back to normal plates for me. Gona try to squat and some bench I hope. Last week working with my guys consistently and I'm gona miss it. I have it planed to make it home every other weekend to train and also train with another PL friend at a gym near my school sometimes.

Awesome work, and it looks like you still had more regardless of the large PR

Haha I wish. My numbers would be a lot higher. Yeah I shut it down. Still need to work on the hips but it's much better and showing. Thanks man. That's my old school singlet I've been lifting in to get comfortable in it.

Big PR there! Glad to see you able to get that squat climbing after those stupid knee troubles

Thanks man. Yeh I just pretend it doesn't hurt. I am rehabbing it slowly.

Congrats on the PR! The hips under you thing I blame on the mirror, that's not on you. Do focus on making sure you don't cave/turtle, though. You looked good for a bunch of weight, and once you clean up those things, you're golden.

If everything holds up and you continue to improve technique, you should hit 500 this year.

Thanks man! I don't always use the right terminology. My hips want to shoot up and "back" out of the hole but my back doesn't always follow, putting me towards the good morning position. I need to drive my back into the bar and up out of the hole and I will have a lot more strength at my sticking point in the video.

I haven't been having any issue with knees as far as caving, focusing on screwing out seems to keep them tracking just right as long as I set my feet up right.

Outstanding work country
The hip thing happens to us all man but u powered through it

I can't believe u got so much energy after all the work u been doing on the jeep at least I hope that's your jeep lol

Helluva PR brothaman! watch those numbers climb!

That happens to me when the weight gets heavy as well, the hips follow the path of least resistance. Which is mostly because of the mirror. I was referring to the upper back collapse when I said caving. Keep that upper back tight, drive your head into your traps, and drive your elbows under the bar. I know you're strong enough.

despite the hips shooting back that weight looked pretty easy for you man. nice PR.

Thanks man. It felt really good and I think I have quite a few more pounds in me. Considering I just did pulls 2 days before too.

Thanks man! I'm working on getting better at it. Yeah, the jeep is taking up some time, I procrastinated (and fished) too much earlier this summer haha.

Thanks man! I hope they keep going!

I think it happens to us alll at that high % when weakness starts to come out. I know what you mean now, upper back is good to go, it's used to the big deadlifts haha. I did need to drive my elbows down harder though. I have a bad knot in my mid trap/rhomb still (its been over a year now) and it was really getting me last night though.

Blaine Sumner just wrote about this the other day.

Thanks I'll check that out now!

I made this. Now back to training tomorrow. I have a pain/cramp deep in my left palm. I think from working so much the past few days. Hopefully I'm good tomorrow but I think in doing a bit of a Deload anyways.

Thanks guys. Yeah he loves laying down under it haha. Gona do some Deload pulls today! Keep it light too.

Pulls all sets of 5 speed reps. 2 sets at 135,225,315 and 1 at 405. Bench 135x12x3 and 185x7-10 Ish. Did some tris and headed out to a work meeting.

Personally I've never taken it but after reading about the ingredient and that it's in cocoa nibs in high amount I simply went out and bought some nibs and eat couple a day. Not sure if this helps u at all but just what I did

How much are actually in the nibs? I knew that but didn't realize it was an option haha.

I'm a cheap ass a pound of raw chopped nibs is like 10 bucks. I'll see if I can find the study that showed it may be worth it

Fresh cacao beans contain about 12.8 to 43.2 mg/g of (-)-epicatechin, depending on variety.

Pulled that from the study as with anything in nature it fluctuates
I eat about 1 once a day

I can't really say, since adding the nibs I have changed my diet drastically from ultra low carb to iifym. Whether it be from the diet or nibs I have notice an increase in doms. I figure it's cheap so worth a shot u know.

I would not think it would increase DOMs but maybe. Sounds like you might need to eat a lot of nibs to get the same dosage as the supps. I might give follidrone a shot.

Yeah I ordered EP1C I think it's Olympus labs product, I think for what you get it's some what cheaper than the other epi products. I'm sure they will all be on sale being Labor Day weekend and all.

Just bought it based on other people's reviews. Seems like a good strength/lean mass type sup.

It's a crap shoot but I think follidrone is supposed to be better but everyone says that about their own product. I did a lot of reading too. I looked at epic but wasnt sure. You'll have to let me know what you think of it!

Yeah that will be a while for me. Still got another month or so on anabeta/erase. Then probably a little break from supps. But yeah it's always kinda a d1ck measuring contest between brands especially when something new comes on the scene.

Yeah totally -

I got picked to log Follidrex - I've been liking it, up a couple lbs & waist a little smaller. Doms hit hard at first then tapered off, then came back around 4weeks for me... Not bad at all though

Thanks for the info guys. I'll have to look into it. Been good with natty gains lately so can't really complain and wana jump on something.

So my left thumb has been killing me all this week. I think I strained something over the weekend working on my jeep. I have done some Deload style stuff this week now taking a few days off to heal up my upper back which hurt terribly and this thumb deal. Next week I will unleash the fury.

Did a bench session and some pump. Got my 225x7x3 pauses, TG on a few of the last set. So far so good on pain etc. Did a lot of mobilizing, stretching, etc. Did some BB curls, 135x25x2

did some tris, some core, some hip/back extension, and other garbage. I am gona wait til next week to pull seriously again. Monster knot in my back still... maybe squat later this week.

Thanks man. I wana be back benching big but I feel weak and unstable and loose. And thanks, still a lot of work to do to it though.

Gona keep trying to get this knot worked out, heal up the weird thumb, and take care of the shoulder and knee... rest smart then come back hard.

Back is feelin better but still not 100%. Did some vertical jump testing an anaerobic step testing in EXPH lab and I best everyone at both. Go powerlifting.

Gona get back into things gradually this week then hammer down next week. This break was definitely needed. Went fishing a few days an played a lot d volleyball. So I have been active and stuff, plus some pump sessions/body days that I'm not gona bother to log. So everything is well. Focusing on being mobile and healthy. And getting this trap/rhomb issue ironed out before I get 400+ on my back again.

Jeep picture.
