That start position doesn't look bad. Maybe tighten up a hair in the hammies...but the bar isn't going to move until it is in center for the most part.

It's a real bad spot to start the pull from especially with 600 pounds. It's not gona be in the right spot until the weight it on the body. I was just setting up there before the pull.
 
Felt sick yesterday and worse today. No lifting tonight. Feels like a bad head cold but I was also real nauseous and fever ous too so maybe stomach bug or fluish. I think it's on the way out though.
 
I've never had this much sinus pressure before in literally deaf in my left ear lol.
 
had something similar a week or so ago, hit it hard with some claratin and nasal decongestant spray. felt brand new in like 3 days. i felt like death when it came on though.
 
I'm killing it with drugs sleep and water. Feeling better today still a little plugged up.
 
I think it's about gone. Gona get some good sleep tonight. Shoulder has been feeling good. Might try to get Into the gym tomorrow. Squats next week Monday dead Thursday and maybe some light bench Wednesday.
 
Got a nice pump session in today. Mobility,rows, chest press, tris, core. For the first time since December my shoulder girdle actually feels and acts healthy. Started treating for the biceps tendinitis and bam. Things felt better. Haven't benched in like a month now though but not real worried.
 
Squats yesterday. Felt like crap. mid trap was hurting, knee started aching during the workout, no energy. Whatever.

Squats, warm up. 225x7, 275x5, 315x3, 335x2, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1, 365x2,

accessory, mobility, and stretch. out.

shoulder is still feeling great. Gona let this knee rest now, it was feeling great all last week.
 
405 is pretty good for a bad day man,you use wraps for that? And SO many things can cause knee pain, today my knee hurt pre workout, rolled my IT bands out and that helped a lot. Its always something in my lower leg (which ive never been able to isolate tbh),or tightness in IT band.
 
No just the belt. I hit good numbers but felt Terrible. I'm just gona take some rest time and get bak at it next week. Gona do a little upper work tomorrow and mobilize lower. I haven't been losing anything with the time I have taken of lately. I think because the sessions I do hit are so intense. I might do a little BB style work for a few weeks to avoid the heavy loads however.

Think I might Deload next week. Finish the erase and anabeta and can't say I noticed much. Maybe more painful joints and I lost weight. Maybe a modest strength increase.

I plan on replacing it with muscle. Haha. I've been eating pretty good and honestly really dirty. Idk what the deal is.
 
Low back is pretty sore today, glutes and hams are pretty good though. Not surprised granted it was heavy racks. Gota do some heavy floor work next time. I actually feel pretty good today. Hands are all tore up though, 600+ is no joke.

Chest was a little sore yesterday and today from bench, but no shoulder pain at all. So I happy. Gona do the same workout next week but go for more reps at 205.

Who the hell knows. I've had 2 calculated by reps around 430s and I've double 405 but trying to avoid super maximal weights so I heal right. So I don't really know.

The 350x7 was pretty brutal but the chain ones burned the whole way through the reps. Oh my gosh. Torture lol.
 
Trying to remember the name of the one supplement site, has a lot of good deals on PHs and similar stuff. For the life of me can't remember the name though. If you guys have any idea what I'm thinking of let me know. LOL.


Also if you guys know anything good that would be worth looking at let me know. Erase and anabeta really didn't do anything for me at all this time around. I'm thinking about a GDA again maybe and some other basic stuff.

I have no idea about that. I'll have to look at it. I've literally hardly taken anything recently compared to a few years ago. I am still making progress since my training and diet is more on focus. My sleep is really bad and I need I step up my mobility game a little.

I'm doing a sponsored log of Follidrex right now - 1 week in, noticing a definite endurance boost, increase in DOMS (not bad, seems milder/more spread out across the body), and a little bit of leaning so far. Strength - slight boost, more so on endurance at this point. Seems legit but it's early.
 
Benched 225x7,7,6 tonight. Been doing 3 sets of 7 and adding 20 pounds a week. No pain right now. Last week I hit 205x7,7,6 and those reps were all harder. So it would seem my strength is returning. I might try to add only 10 pounds next week.

Oh yeah. These have all been fully paused reps which is something I never really did much of before but that is all they do out here on bench. So, that would be a few more T&G reps. So not bad. Coming back well I think. Got like 3 hours or less sleep last night, sitting at work now pondering my existence and watching rando's lift at 5:42 and wondering what the hell they are smoking.
 
Okay so I found it. Whats the dosage difference. I see 150/cap in follidrex from MDX and 500/ follidrone. It says epi+flour though.... so how much of that is epi in the 500?

There are 60 caps of follidrone and 30 of follidrex. very interesting.

Brundel (BLR) hasn't said how much is in Follidrone but he said it's over double of what's in EvoMuse MyoSynergy (100mg). There's quite a few products with (-)-epi besides follidrex and follidrone. Olympus labs has ep1c out too which is 300mg/cap if you want to know exactly how much you are taking. Follidrone has been treating me well so far

Yeah I had been wondering about this as well. There's a few different products out there now. Follidrex seems legit so far albeit I'm taking 2 per day
 
Myosynergy will be back in stock soon. Well worth it. Forskolin and HICA in it as well.

Yeah actually. Endurance is up, pump seems to hang around longer, slight leaning. I'm just about 1.5 weeks in. Sponsored log for 2weeks then I picked up BOGO to take it out to 6 weeks at 2 caps per day

Did some squats. Worked up pretty quick. Used the 100s as base plates tonight. So got to 235x3, 300x3, 335x3, 340x3, 315x3,3.

Just worked on triples and speed tonight. Did 135x7x3 on bench for form and blood Inthe chest.

Did tris and some core.

My buddy bill had a bad hamstring pull while dead lifting tonight. Could barely walk.
 
Also they changed the meet we are going to to a single lift. You can do all 3 but no total award and it's 35 a lift or 95 for all 3. So I'm just gona pull and look for a different full meet.

Bummer - same situation here. All the meets I wanted to do, I'm already booked on those weekends (no way am I performing the same night after a meet). I was looking at entering the Kentucky Muscle PL meet, except it's only push/pull. At this point I guess I'm going to save it til Feb & call it a 1-year progress meet.
