Country Gets HUGE with 5-3-1, Erase and DAA.

Heaviest D1 lineman from what I'm told who goes to my school. LOL.

Wish I could show some perspective for this guy.

phugee lol. just looking by the size of his calves to the width of his shoes.. looks like hes using up every last bit of that back pack strap too hahah.

oh no, there's plenty of perspective. look at him compared to that barrel he's 20 feet from!

his waist has a greater circumference than the barrel, and it's not even close...

His calves are larger than my quads.

That's a PUUUGHE sumbitch there. How much you think he weighs, Ry? I'm saying 375-4.

Is he behind that house?

Last years football roster has him at 6-3, 401

Personally I think he's lost weight from last year. Big guy. Idk how strong he is but he's a literal wall. Lots of strong guys up here though that play ball.

But yeah, he's scary big. "Big Lloyd"

You still running natadrol man? I'm gonna run some this summer, I got 3 bottles. Any words of advice?

Just finished it. Was gona get more but the price went back up an I'm waiting til these injuries get taken care off. I'd run it 6 caps a day 1 am 2 pre workout 2 post 1 at night. Or 2 am if you workout in evening like me

Thanks sir. Gonna run it with a pretty nice caloric surplus, hopefully it will help me gain some strength and put on some decent muscle.

That's the best way. Let me know how you like it.

Shoulder was a little grumpy today so saving bench for Thursday and backing down to once a week.

Bench- bar. 10,7,10,7, 20,10,10

Row- cable 5x10 at 10

Tri cable push down 10x5x10

Core work

Stretch

Had a crappy day. Knee feels generally better. I trout fished all day sat and my knee was killing me... Sunday it felt perfect. So weird. Gona keep easing back in.

How'd trout go, man? I can't do it around here. The one creek is pretty much for debauchery, and the lake is where every wannabe redneck from Pgh comes out to fish, it's all elbow to elbow. I don't fish for stocked trout.

Love me some saltwater fishing.

Keep it up man when your done rehabilitating the shoulder you'll be pressing bigger and better the ever

Thanks man. I hope so. It sucks. I wana get this knee working too and pull and squat again so bad... All in time I guess. It's coming along.

It was slow but a nice day and I had fun, seeing my dad and brother and some family friends. I caught a few decent sized ones we kept to eat. And a friend got a big 20 Incher. It was fun because you really had to work for the fish and it wasnt super easy. So it was more of a challenge. That sucks though. We drive a little over an hour to meet my dads friend every year for opening day and it's not too bad. I'll usually wade across and upstream to get away from people.

Love me some saltwater fishing.

I like bay and surf fishing, too much $ tied up in a boat though or charter for me. It's interesting catching different fish though. There is enough here to keep me busy from trout bass crappie Muskie carp etc.
I much prefer saltwater as well. Unfortunately, it's a long drive to the coast lol.

This too

**** saltwater lol

And this.

Today was stupid. Got to the gym and started then got a call admin me to work for someone there in 15 mins. So I was just gona cut it off quick then someone else ended up coming to work so it through my all of. I did a ton of BW squats and 1 with the bar and a ton of bar deadlifts straight leg and normal, then some back extensions. Then stretched well. My body still feels crappy and beat up despite all this rest.

Apparently trout fishing somehow functions as therapy for my knee, because every time I go its like, damn this is irritating, then the next day my knee feels better than the day before.

Therefore I should fish more.

Gona bench some today, feeling pretty good, just some tension in my upper back, but I've come to the conclusion I can't get rid of it.

Bench. Weight ~193 (I really need to fix this knee)

Warm up. Pull ups -7,7

Bar bench - a ton. 135x10,10,10, 225x7,7,12. 3 slow.

Pull up- 10.

Db skulls - 35x7,10,10

Row machine- 190x10,10,10

On bench there was no one in the gym til the last set. I bugged two guys to give me a spot and bump. He did. I also hit some nose tork before hand. DAMN. Some sloppy reps but power was there. Butt stayed down. Need to get form cleaned up still with the heavier weight but I'm happy with this. Good news. Now gota get back pullin and squattin.

Went trout fishing today instead of gym today. Will go tomorrow and do some lower mobility and accessory work. Knee is feeling better every day now.

How'd they bite?

It was Awful. Water was way too clear and low and everyone and their brother was out today. So not much luck. I didn't have long to go either. Went out with my girl and some friends for one girls birthday. New York strip and broccoli/mashed potatoes.

never a bad choice there!

Indeed. Then ate some of my gfs dinner and still contemplated another steak. Too bad I'm a poor college student with super expensive hobbies.

I was in the same boat man.. It all pays off in the end though.

Yeah I guess. I'm looking at a 2000 dollar front axle right now that I'll sink another grand or so Into building most likely LOL. Can't decide between that it building a hp44 axle out of an early ford truck but I have to spend $$$ on that too to get it where I want 2+ grand easily 3.

Good news. Shoulder feels good but both sore obviously. More good news. Knee was pain free today. 10x5 sets be squats. 135x7 squat super slow pain free. Did some accessory work. Happy.

What's the $2k axle? D60?

Haha well I can pick up a d60 for around 800 for the model I need. But narrowing it and getting custom shafts and brackets etc will cost a ton too. Also they are big/heavy and kill clearance both sides. So it's hard to run them without a crap ton of lift. I was contemplating picking up an 05 rubi axle with locker and chromoly shafts and upgraded unit bearing splines (30 from 27) that comes with spare chromoly and stock shafts minus the short side, plus a spare stock and 30 spline unit bearing. The shafts themselves are worth well over a grand. Plus it has the gearing I need. Just sucks that this axle still uses d30 outers so ball joints brakes and steering is still the light duty crap. I'd love to narrow a 60 but that's a big job and parts cost a ton as well. So I am contemplating a hp44 out of a late 70s ford f150 which I would sleeve and truss and throw RCV shafts in and run slightly more back spacing on my new beadlock wheels to pull it closer to stock width. Road laws in PA blow. I would have a 60/14 bolt in my jeep now if I lived somewhere else haha.

D60 is 69 inches wide. Hp44 is 65.5 ish. Stock th is 61ish. So if I run 1 inch less back spacing on my front wheels I end up about 1.5 inches wider per side which isn't awful.

Stupid amounts of money you can pour into these.

Yeah I was building on a SRT-4 in college. 330 hp front wheel drive car, fun to drive, nice little highway racer haha. Went through a set of tires every 18 months, at 1000$ a set. It's what I like to do though. I want to get a E46 M3 next year to play with.

God I know. I had a streetable K5 that could crawl a bit, and it kept me broke forever. I finally had to sell the son of a bitch because I was dumping a grand a month into it.

My brother does the car stuff more than me and is finishing a sick MR2 right now. Tires for my jeep are like 350 a pop. Screw that. Double what my current ones are.

Nice man. Yeah it sucks, I did a rear axle swap and custom frame cross member and skids and new bumper and some other stuff I welded up. Was fairly cheap though since I did it all myself. The front axle you can't really cheap on. Cheap means spending 1500 and gaining next to nothing.

This is how she sits now.

Plan is to run a 36-37 on beadlocks instead of current 33s , and a new front axle of course. Lower the suspension down about 2 inches, stretch it about 6 more inches total, widen out the stance and run high clearance fenders that I fab or buy and outboard the shock brackets for longer travel shocks. Which is about 4-5 grand of DIY work. I could easily spend way more. She already crawls great though, id like better brakes and steering and handling (going lower/stretch) and more strength as far as not breaking things.

Speed bench. Warm ups. Some rows Etc. barx25x2. 135x10x3, 185x7,7,10, 3 pause.

Rows 190x7,12,12,15,15

Tris and mobility.

Whatever.

How ya feeling?

Fine. Back is tight where it's always hurt an it's getting old, but the shoulder feels fine just slightly hyper mobile. Knee is feelin good too. Just weak and pissed off. I had no energy today and have 2 weeks of college crap/finals and just ready to get it over with.

Stay positive man!

Get through these 2 weeks, get healthy, and let ER rip this summer.

That's the plan my dude. Get right this summer when I have more time.

Worked up to 495x1 no pain. I'll give more details later but that made me happy.

Workout went. Deads warm up etc. bar. 135,225,315,405, 455, 495x1,1.

Bis and core.

Body weight is still down, 194.

Had to add straps and hit 495 because I only made it to a soft lockout and had to sit it down quick because of grip. These damn 1.25" chrome bling bars from hell can blow me. Worthless.

Anyways Im decently sore today. Not much else to report. Knee is a little sore but no real pain or anything noticeable.

Nice. Welcome back to the game.

Thanks man.

Knee is a little grumpy today. Bench later. Idk how I feel I might not good too heavy.

Well meh because I'm weak, but at least I moved some heavier weights today.

Bench. Bw 196.

Warm up. Bar. 135x10x3, 225x5, 245x7, 265x4, 225x11

Some other crap. Gave my back a rest today. Did tris and they were strong today. I need to get my bench form back and shoulder RC strength and balance back. Good progress. Squats tomorrow!? Knee was a little grumpy today.

Got a 96 on my lab practical and pulled a 99.18% in the class. I had over 100 going into this test so didn't study super hard. Pretty happy with that. 7 more days of classes/finals.

Squat. Warm up. Bar x7x4. 135x7x3, 225x3, 135x7x2

Core. Stretched. Didn't wana do anymore because of shoulder/knee. Not worth overworking them.
