And that door handle must be way higher than normal. If the door handle height is compliant with the ADA (americans with disability act) regulations, he's no taller than 5'6". ;)

Seriously though, Big Country, you looked 200 lbs when you weighed 184 lbs, as depicted on the first page of your log. Are your upper legs a lot smaller than your upper body? I can't recall your squats offhand, but as I recall, they are also pretty good.

And you actually look around 5'9" to me, just a lot heavier than you are, at least based on upper body.
 
Looking big and lean, bro. But are you sure youre 5'9"? You look awfully thick for that height and weight. (That's not a backhanded compliment! I'm a shorty, at around 5'8.5".)

We are the same height.

And cut looks good and digging the ZZ Top beard, even if it adds 2 lbs, lol. ;)

Yep pretty scrawny. They have grown a lot though since I've been squatting correctly/to depth. I wouldn't say chicken legs though.

I've said it before I have long legs short thick torso. Drivers license says 5 10. Want a pic? Legs are actually the majority of my body which sucks. Around 37 inches of my 69-70 inch height.

Sorry, I suppose I haven't been paying enough attention. ;)

I don't know how badly it sucks, though I suppose it makes squatting more challenging, and perhaps DLs too. And even your bench, assuming your arms are extra long as well. But I bet you'd prefer it to being 5'4" (32 inches of upper body x 2).

And you could harvest that leg hair for fat bank.
 
I think it's going to be alright. Maybe. I've been growing my goatee since August, I believe. It pales in comparison to even your 5 o'clock shadow.

Yeah I don't wana be a midget. I am okay height. Would rather be taller (5 more inches of torso please)

Squat sucks but deadlift is a wash. Bench sucks a little it's okay. I'd def do a lot more w short arms.
 
Right after the meet, ship it over. I'll total 1500 for sure if I go Danger Ehren on the platform.

Jeep broke down on the way there. My tcase finally went. Didnt completely go but doesn't sound pretty an dont need any more damage... Got my fam who was coming to watch coming to pick me up, should make it to weigh ins just in time. Called ahead and let them know when I'd be in. Like I didn't have enough on my plate.

3/3. 325 was too easy. Missed the rack command on 290 but only got 1 red lol. Oops. 2nd flight is up then meet for deadlift rules. I'm first flight 8/10

Thanks guys. Vids later as I get them from people. Got lots. Both weights felt good 585 was def the worst though. 3rd bench in 198, 1st deadlift 198, best overall deadlift for all "lightweights"

Awesome experience. Ripped the hell out of my hands and shin but no where near dropping it. Following commands was the toughest part.

Hell yeah, dude. 6-for-6 and PRs! Now you know next time around to practice your commands. Always work on commands. I beat the rack comand in training, so now I know to have people cue me to hold the weight and I know that I have to hold the weight.

Yes sir. 10 on bench and 35 on deads! an i def had more for both. I was fine after the first one just forgot that there was a rack command and was nervous. Met a lot of cool guys too. Ill def practice commands next time.
