How you liking anabeta Sean? I ordered 4 bottles of the OG by mistake, only was wanting 2. Interested to see how it treats me. Also, got some Dpol, which I love, and going to try xgels too.

Herd, I've tried toes, like monday I tried it, and it was alright. I think yesterday I was tight from pulling the day before. You can see I get up on my toes but my butt/back is like a foot off the bench and I don't have THAT much ankle mobility to make up for it there, and certainly not at my hips/pelvis considering I'm lucky to even have the little bridge I do. I will check that stuff out, but probably keep the flat feet for my max monday. I do everything in my old, old nilkes that are low but have a small heel. I never like any other shoe I try.

I've been hearing more about natadrol lately - might have to check into it. I liked OG AB as well - Elite was decent, but I think I like to original better -

I get great strength and slight leaning from it.
I like a raised heel slightly for my pull. Maybe I'm weird. The flats were for squat. If I don't need em I won't get em. I left then at the store.
No offense but a narrower grip seems to open up a can of worms for me. I think I more or less need to just keep the arms to my body like herder discussed above. A narrower grip is just gona make things worse unless I bring my arms/elbows to my body as well. If I can get my arms tucked more then I can try a slightly narrower grip.

That's my issue my lats flare so much my arms can't go down where I want them as easy.. I definitely feel what you're talking about but I need to nail a stance/arch that allows me to maintain that arm angle. I think it's all in form and as I dial in each part it will get better as a whole.
I know you like to wrap your shoulder blades, but when you're benching, you really do need to pinch them.
I'm trying to remember who said to wrap the lats down and shoulder blades pinched but down and wrapped. I don't think wendler... Hmm. But it's supposed to avoid upper back issues and actually generate more power. Now that I'm laying off the OHP I can actually pinch them now though without pain most of the time. I may be bet exaggerating the wrap though.

Looking for meets. RPS has one but it's on september 28th but I don't have a belt, singlet, or money, and my squat isn't ready. Still tempted to do it... Next RPS meet is the weekend before my finals (Dec. 7th) and I will probably be studying all that weekend... I might do it but I gota see how the semester knows before I commit to something in that time. Last one is Feb 8th the barno-newman classic in lancaster. I would do this one.
There is a 100% RAW central PA open meet in bigler on Nov. 10th. Thinking about this one. No meet info up yet tho. I would do this one too.
This wouldn't be bad either, I can use my stupid velcro belt and it's cheaper... lol. A little further away though (3.5 hours).
If any of you guys know of any more or are thinking of doing any of these let me know. I wouldn't mind having someone with some experience there with me.
True... you think I should do the bloomsburg one? I was looking at the EFS belts. I can do most stuff but I like having a belt for pulling 500+. I'll see how the next 2 weeks go and once I get paid I should be able to get what I need.
Are you looking at any other meets around? I don't remember where you are from.
Yeah man good points for you. You're probably two hours max from me then. I'm surprised there aren't more meets in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. I'm smack dab between pitt and Harrisburg. I have family in h burg that would probably put me up the night before a meet though. I have a few local guys who might do it and I may talk some of my buddies at school into competing. That would actually be good for them for training too.
