personally it's something I absolutely hate. You're never sure of the exact amount of calories and it's something that's constantly on your mind.
I've been more succesful controlling my carbs protein fats portions like: 6-8 protein meals a day, carb cycling and using the right amount of fats than calculating every single calorie.
I've seen a nutrition expert and he told me that counting calories comes with so much stress that in the end most of those counters will end up quitting.
