Over it. They have good products. I use them. But OL seems fairly unreliable as a company. Disappoints me. I placed 4 total orders for their products; twice things were good. Other two orders faced delays and one has yet to be fulfilled and that order was last nov or dec. First was during the bill passing so I cut them slack. But I was repeatedly told one product was shipped. Then delayed. Then definitely shipped; then . . . . Never came. Today I was told my order I placed about a week ago would be delayed 5 more days because that's when it arrives. Who knows when or if it will get to me. Hopefully before I start my pct here in a couple weeks. Doesn't matter what they come up with if it's not available. Which is unfortunate, let me reiterate, because the products I do have are very good.

Both. Current is from site. You can go to UK sites and see, at least as of a couple days ago, most of their products are unavailable.

I believe your first experience is with a retailer as we didn't sell ph's on our website, ever. I apologize about your experience with that retailer. Message me your order here and we will prioritize it, perhaps we can even throw something extra on top of it.

My first experience was with what was phwarehouse at time which I thought was a sibling business or in the family of companies. If I'm mistaken I apologize. I will message my order because I am relying on it. As for free . . . It's a nice gesture but unnecessary. I'll pay for what get. Maybe take my "extra" and find a way too give it away to one of these eager animals. ;) I appreciate the response.
 
Just sayin, +10 to OL for chiming in & taking care of its customers.
I've never had a bad experience with OL, but did have a few concerns about a order last year to which OL & 2 reps all replied to me with in the day to answer all my questions.
Customer service is a big part of why I choose to stick with certain companies as my
go-to's.
OlympusLabs it would be sweet to see a few log opportunities come from you guys in the near future.

Customer service is a given, well should be for every brand, just like testing raws should be a given before RELEASING a product, the only thing I ask you guys in return is to support the brand as a whole, so we can continue to grow and fund other potential projects. For example, the andro project is on standby since it requires a lot of investment, minimums, etc, and we need to raise the funds organically before pushing the go button on it. All the pieces are in place though for it.
