Couldn't wait (First SARM cycle log)

Started taking it again this morning. I have not been able to stop eating. I had a few 3500+ calorie days but I'm tracking everything again and making sure I don't go over 3000.

In other news, I have everything I need on hand for my upcoming bridge. The only thing I'm missing is DermaTrest but I should be purchasing that at the end of this month, hopefully (Come on PHW Supps)

Oh it's coming just be patient my friend!
 
I will be bridging into a halo/trest cycle on November 27th. Although the goal is still to look good naked, I have to start focusing on strength/endurance as well due to the fact that I'm changing careers. I'm going to start incorporating cardio because I need a sub-10 minute 1.5mi. I have no problem with the calisthenics requirements.
 
Also, I'm having a weird feeling on/near my elbow when I do push-ups. Kind of like if you were to strum a rubber band. It's only slightly uncomfortable but id rather prevent it from getting worse. Any ideas?

Over exertion on your tendons or ligaments from doing to much weight possibly? Try increasing volume in your workouts more then just increasing the weight if you aren't doing so
 
An issue came up. I have a small ball/lump under my left nipple (smaller than 1cm across). Actually, the more I touch it the smaller it feels... If I would've posted this 15 minutes ago I would've definitely had said that it was at least 1cm across. Anyway, visually I can't tell anything is there, but if I feel around i definitely notice it. My ph cycle will begin at the end of next week where I'll be taking halo, dermatrest, and exemestane.

Should I even bother about the lump or just deal with it after I finish the cycle?
 
How'd you find the LGD??
 
I really liked it. My strength definitely went up. I'm not sure about size though and my scale was effed halfway through.

Dumbbell bench: 3x5 -> 3x10/6/5 @ 100
Deadlift: 1rm @ 365
Back Squat: 3x5 @ 315 (last working set)
Front squat: 3x8 @ 185
 
Terrible update

I injured my back yesterday to the point where I can't twist my torso without pain. Doing everyday things make it worse (laughing, getting out of bed, etc). I'm on day 3 of halo/trest. Should I jump into pct or continue it? I don't want to waste it
 
Sounds a lot like my recent injury,, how'd it happen?? If it's nothing major - as I'm you twist it wrong gettin up or bending over - and rekon you just tweaked the muscle then there's more need to overreact at all man. Take a couple days. Was 4 for me. It's a pain in the ass but just let it rest and eat plenty and you'll recover in no time :) if it's something more serious then go the docs and see what they say about recovery time.
 
I'm assuming squats had something to do with it. I was doing my set of 315 and struggled with the 3rd rep so I stopped there. It didn't hurt at the time but started hurting within 5-10 minutes. I was just going to take two weeks off of squats (replace them with leg press) and continue working out seeing as it doesn't bother me for any other workout (besides laying down/getting up from a bench/floor).
 
Hmm well that sounds a little more serious,, would have said back pumps only you've not been on halo/tr3st that long.

If it happened from squats and it's that painful I'd def say it sounds like an issue caused from overload. If that's the case then trying to work through it may only agitate it more and worsen/prolong the injury.
If you can do other exercises pain free I would say go for it and make the most of them until your healed
 
Yeah I initially thought they were back pumps for a split second but I know what back pumps feel like. The pain is just located on the middle-left side of my back. I'm planning on making an appointment with the doctor so he can check it out.

Just stop using it right now, your hpta is probably still intact. Heal up and try again in a few months

What part of the leg is hurting? Quad? Location of pain? Towards the knee, center or by hip?

You are far more experienced than me but my Physio said they get lots of back injuries from leg press. I was one of them. She suggested Bulgarian split squats on Trx instead when I injured my back. Just a thought.
 
I'm going to give it a week before I call it quits. Although it still hurts, it's nowhere near as bad as it was and I can actually do sit-ups now.
 
Took the second half of my dose Friday night and had an arm day (it was actually a rest day) and had a pump that felt like the first few days of LGD. It was great. Also, I feel like I'm going through puberty with my libido so high.

My back got better btw
 
Remember, TUDCA AFTER drinking, not before.

TUDCA before drinking can actually cause MORE liver damage. I forget the MOA offhand as to why, but I have the research saved that I can post later when I'm at my PC.

Tudca is expensive, personally, I use only 250mg at night and 500mg after alcohol. During the day I take a Liver care product with NAC.
