So i finished a 6 week hdrol cycle followed by 4 weeks of nolva 20/20/10/10 along with support supps. I noticed when i press down on my nipple i can feel a small hard thing behind it. Its not tingly itchy or hurts or anything. Any idea what it can be or what i should do

Lol no, but I really worry about it.
You are probably just over analyzing.
Like stated before, we are all born with glands behind our nipples.
We are all freaks of nature.
 
If it scares you that bad (I am sure you are fine like everyone said if it hurt then I'd be worried) pick up an OTC AI product and run that for a month should get rid of excess estro that might rebound after using a serm. Erase or triazole for example.
 
Man I had the same thing going on for last 2 weeks of my cycle, it's behind one nipple, doesn't itch or hurt. I finished my cycle and starting my pct. It's finally starting to get smaller and go away. I think these guys are accurate, the glands behind the nipples can enlarge when subjected to high levels of hormones.
