What is the difference from estra 4 and 19-nor?

I've seen it in 2 different Tren products, And i'm wondering whats the difference?

Help is MUCH appreciated.
 
same compound...written differently....some companies dont want to draw attention to their product so they call it estra 4 9....others see 19 nor as a selling point....but its the same thing....
