Could I get some insight/user experiences on topical Thermogenics?

Hi everyone. A spin off on my last thread.

I barely know anything about topical thermogenics but I am thinking of stacking with an oral.

My main concern: are there side effects? Things to watch out for?

How have people’s experiences been?

Rubs the lotion in its skin. No other step. Some people if they have sensitive skin can get itchy or dry but for most people, no issues. XPG napalm extreme for me was zero sides except some extra sweating. It also has a pretty a nice menthol cooling sensation for a few minutes after application

Probably the opposite. Napalm for example has 7-keto dhea which lowers cortisol…cortisol is very catabolic.

No, if anything, they would help with muscle retention.

FL7 is really good for recomp and muscle retention.
