I was just wondering if havoc could cause gyno flare up
or puffy nipps ??

would it be useless to run 20mg of nolva (just in case)
while on havoc cycle
and then of course for Pct

Puffy nips are fairly common on cycle and are not a big concern. Any steriod can cause a gyno flareup. If gyno flares stop the cycle and go to the nolva. Do not continue the cycle while running nolva also.

F*ck yes it can. I ran it to get rid of my gyno and it did the exact opposite. I would recommend running it at a very low dose until you see how it affects you.

To continue to run a steriod even if your taking Nolva when your gyno is flaring up is a very bad idea. Stop the steriod and start the Nolva.
I disagree here. Maybe with a strong methylated oral I would.. dependant upon the cycle, the length, etc. But if you talk to anyone who uses some real gear like Test.. then Nolva at times throughout the cycle is almost necessary. Your body just doesn't expect a G a week of test to run through you.

As for havoc... whats some of your other background... was it in a stack? Were you taking anything else? Gyno cannot happen with the absence of estrogen, since havoc reduces estrogen, it is UNLIKELY. Not saying it doesn't happen, but 4 out of 5 times there is something else going on besides the havoc. Like people thinking running a ton of DHEA to combat some sides is a good idea.

Exactly. Every individual situation can and will be different for many reasons (some disclosed, while others aren't), however often is the case that important information isn't disclosed that can be a significant contributing factor.

Some DHEA is a good addition imo, but certainly not necessarily needed in all instances either. If people are sensitive to estrogen, and prone to gynecomastia type issues, taking an aromatisable compound (mainly a test base) without some type of AI/SERM intervention is very risky.

Ah you know I agree T1. I was referencing someone here that was running 300ish mgs of DHEA a day.

Just to clarify as well, puffy nipples do not necessarily denote gynecomastia. Actual growth of palpable glandular tissue with obvious tactile sensation changes does.

Have you used havoc yet, or is this a generalized preemptive concern?

Exactly. Puffy nips often occur. Its nothing to worry about. If they start to get sore, keep an eye on them (but dont fiddle with them or they will get sore!). If you develop a lump, thats gyno!
