COught the flu during PCT

i woke up thursday morning feeling like complete crap. im in week 3 of my pct...i was weighing 190 before i got the flu, i stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 176. i havent eaten much at all in 3 days. a shake in the morning, a shake at night and some gatorade during the day. im sure most of it is water weight that i lost but how much do you think is muscle and will i be able to get it back?
 
I don't konw if you'll get it back, but keep your protein intake up. I've gotten sick and wasted away before. It sucks. Just drink shakes with skim milk, or blend cottage cheese, skim milk, a few eggs, protein powder and extra splenda. It's not perfect, but it is better than nothing.

I go the flu on day 6 of a pct. went from 204 down to 196 in 2 days. One of those days I ate a whole large pizza with ricotta cheese ad spinach. I ate as best I could for the other 2 days that I was sick.

The flu is F'ing wicked this year. I was hurting like never before. I have been eating for 2 weeks since, and taking RXT, hydration may have contributed to the weight loss, because I am back to 199-200 now.

Was using SD for 4 weeks. Still haven't been back in the gym becuase now I have to hit the books for exams.
