i woke up thursday morning feeling like complete crap. im in week 3 of my pct...i was weighing 190 before i got the flu, i stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 176. i havent eaten much at all in 3 days. a shake in the morning, a shake at night and some gatorade during the day. im sure most of it is water weight that i lost but how much do you think is muscle and will i be able to get it back?
