I love how full my muscles feel when I take my post-workout dose and then chug about 90 grams of Carb Slam. My energy has been awesome lately and it’s definitely helping me get things done with regards to school and being motivated to get to the gym and bust my but. I am @ 214 lbs now and I feel bigger, faster and stronger than ever.

Rest Day

Thoughts: Usually by Sunday the fatigue from the week’s activities starts to set in. I felt pretty good today, mood wise, but I was also quite tired and sore. I have been working on a few research projects this weekend and so my mind has also been going non-stop as well. I’m thankful for a rest day and am going to take full advantage of it and even get in a nap. My weight is holding now at 214 lbs. and muscles are feeling full and hard most if not all of the time. I have had a great run so far and am still loving this stack.
