just a headsup for those like me who suffer from arthritis or sore achy joints....i found this on the clearance aisle today at my local krogers for $4.99...regular list price is $34.99!!! i am hitting the other 2 krogers in my area tomorrow and buying them out...this stuff seems to be at the top of the list for glucosamine/chondroitin type joint health supplements!!! reviews are very good!!!
