Cortisol modulating supps

Whacked

Well-known member
DS Lean Xtreme used to be my favorite 6-7 years ago but the new formula does nothing for/to me.

SNS Reduce XT became my go to after that and it did work "ok" for years but stopped working for me a year or so ago.

What's new in the cort world?

Thanks.

Out of the cortisol control supplements I've used, my absolute favorites are KSM-66 and Abliderate Ammo.

Evomuse Absolutely Abliderated
Evomuse Abliderate Advanced
Evomuse Abliderate Ammo
Olympus Uk Ghar1ne or low dosed Ostarine

Yea i'm a big believer of reduce xt. I usually don't stray away from it.

Used to be good for me. Doesn't do anything for me anymore. Loll.

That's weird. Did you use it for like an extended period of time and then kind of build and immunity to it or did you take breaks and then after awhile it just didn't work for you?

I only use cort products for 6 weeks at a time.

Evomuse Ammo and an Ashwaganda would work nicely

Do you think its necessary to take breaks from Ashwaganda?

I've been on KSM-66 for a few weeks now and I've been enjoying it, just wondering if it would be beneficial to take a break every 6-8 weeks

holy basil
relora
ashwagandha
bacopa
eleuthero
even arimistane
but really, a lot of herbs which can be bought at reasonable prices, if standardized properly, work better than most of the expensive supps being mentioned here

My general recommendation is to always cycle things that don't have any long term continuous safety data, usually in blocks of 12 weeks on 2 weeks off. If any long term data exists I'd be glad to read it, it's been a while since I've looked. I don't intentionally cycle ashwaganda though, it's one that I just keep on using :D

I don't really understand how an OTC cortisol supp would "stop" working. I can only guess that it would be from extended use which is not really recommended anyways, thus lowering the effects so you think it's not doing anything.

I've used Reduce multiple times and have always been pleased. Ashwaganda would be my second choice, and then EvoMuse's product as that company is very solid.

man's nolvadren xt is a solid supp for this purpose as it contains a healthy arimistane dose plus the ingredients of reduce xt in one formula. i found it selling for 16 bucks recently and stocked up. its frequently offered for a special price. i think it's a solid product...

another cortisol lowering supp ive tried (even at higher doses than the recommended 300mg daily) is phosphatidylserine, but its way too expensive and its cortisol-lowering effects can be achieved by much cheaper but equally effective supplements/herbs

Brawn Nutrition do 11-andro. Have a look into that.

i second this. not because of what i read about it (didnt know it had a bad rep before you posted this) but because i used their epistane. once i switched to ol's ep1stane i found out ol's epi was the real deal and i had been wasting my time and money with brawn before

Phosyphyditle Selene (I spelled that wrong. Finals are over. Get off me)

EvoMuse Abliderated/Ammo

Vitamin C
Ashwaganda

LJ100 is a solid addition to any cortisol reducing stacks and has studies backing up its efficacy.

What about AX Lean FX??

You can still order from the UK though, I order from the US. **** thing is though that UK prices are insanely expensive but you can still get Iron Legion 11-kt.
