Cortisol Control Supps and Libido - Interaction?

Been taking one cap of Ammo in the morning and using Abliterated topical before bed. Libido has tanked a little bit. Anyone had a drop in libido on cortisol control supps?

How do u measure libido? As you say tanked a little could be placebo effect
 
Since cortisol and estrogen levels correlate with testoterone, it's possible that certain products might have an effect on libido. I would be surprised if it made a significant impact though - it might be related to other factors.

How long have you been using the stack?
What does your nutrition, sleep schedule, and training look like?
 
I would agree with john.patterson. It could have an effect on libido and supplements effect everyone differently but i wouldn't think it would have a big effect.

This. But also keep in mind that you want to control estrogen and cortisol levels. Not eliminate them. If you crush your estrogen/cortisol levels, it can negatively affect many things in your body, including libido.
