I've read that people have been getting fantastic results with IBE's X-Lean. I've used Retain 2 and lean extreme (original version) without anything positive to report.

Get a bottle of DHEA from COSTCO for like $6. Take 200mg the first week, 150mg 2nd, 100mg 3rd and 50mg 4th week. Only take these types of doses when you are on a SERM. Works wonderfully.

Save the lean extreme & retain for non-PCT applications.

dhea

datBtrue, can you elaborate on the methodology of using the DHEA? It is an anti-cortisol? Only with a SERM because of the partial estrogen conversion of the DHEA, right?

DR.D (a highly respected compound-meister & one who gives freely of his time) has posted on this methodology here on this forum and it is his protocol that I have followed for several cycles now. Yes it does reduce cortisol at a time when cortisol is highly elevated.

Here's a few Dr.D DHEA posts:

Yep. That's the rationale.
