I read a bunch of posts but didn't see this clearly asked. On non-training days, should I take the 3 caps with or without food? What time is the ideal? Thanks!
On workout days, I take 1 in the morning and 2 before the workout. On non-workout days, I take 1 cap spread out morning, afternoon, and evening. I take the caps without meals.
It is pretty much personal preference. I take all three caplets on an empty stomach 45-60 minutes pre-workout or cardio on training days and split them up with meals on days off. Play around with it a little to find what works best for you.
