I know this isn't exactly a bb supplement but I started taking this about a month ago and my joints don't hurt, as bad, anymore and I do seem to recuperate a little faster. Any other experiences with this stuff out there?

Ive been interested in it for a while. Some people think barefoot is full of ****. I'd like to read his books but I'm not going to dish out the money for it.

My girlfriend bought some the other day. I know it's the latest greatest supplement. U sually anything with so much hype around it ends up sucking. What is it good for? Why is it supposed to be so much better that regular calcium?

Barefoot claims it has the best bioavailability of all the calciums...
