Most interesting is the end where they talk about the future of transdermal delivery. A patch-type device is in the works that can deliver compounds with a molecular weight of over 1200 da, and sustain delivery for weeks at a time using a microchip that delivers a small electrical charge to the skin. I can't wait until we can homebrew that!
