Conv Squat vs Hack Squat vs V Squat

So at my gym I have the option to do a conventional barbell Squat on a power rack, but also use of the V Squat and Hack Squat machines...

For some reason I find the hardest exhausting movement to be the Hack Squat.

What do u guys recommend as a good routine and what are the benefits of using the 2 machines over a barbell?

Thanks!

I can't tell you the benifits because depending on how your structure is one might be better then the other. My advice would be to pick 2 of them and rotate between the 2 as your main leg exercise, then when progress on one of the movement hults, swap it for the third and now work the piss out of that one. I also know some guys who do barbell and hack squats in every workout, so the options are endless. Pick the ones that you feel are going to work for you the best without pain. Usually the harder a exercise is, the better it works as long as your not hurting yourself in the process

Yea, def agree... I'll also include lunges and heavy leg presses...
I had to break my leg training up over the week for a while because my job involves climbing ladders a lot, and I do 2-3 boxing classes a week. So I can't afford super sore legs.

So one day I might do laying hamstring curls and squats after shoulders or back.

Another day il do walking lunges and speed squats after my boxing class. Stuff like that.

But when I actually have a leg day in my routine
Laying ham curl
Squat
Leg press
Leg ext
Abductor machine
Adductor machine

If I had access to a hack squat I would alternate it with squats every workout.

Also I do a hack squat variation in the Smith machine sometimes, it kinda looks like a deadlift with the bar behind your back. Not sure how effective it is but I throw it in once in a while
