Well my little girl was born 7/25/15 @1:52am !

I'm not sure when I'll get back to the gym (haven't been since last Wednesday )

Won't be following RTS to a T until I get back into the swing of things.

Don't worry Sean, I'll finish the white Rapids strong ?

Man we've been at the hospital since last Thursday, and these couch beds aren't exactly a serta lol back, hips and shoulders are stiff and tight. But, guess who brought their theracane, floss and lax ball? This guy.

If I can't lift, let's try and stay loose hah

If I get the green light Monday, I'll be doing moar skwats ~ pause or pins, 2 board bench, conv block pulls. Again, this may all change.

Took 1 rounded scoop of white rapids with 8oz water. It hit pretty hard today. I haven't taken anything in a week lol after my complex deads (hook) my forearms where PUMPED. Endurance was good as well all things considering, I would have expected it to be in the pooper . I've under ate, and under slept since last Wednesday. So, the pre workout gave me everything I needed today which was nice

Chased the pump for the most part today. Drank 8oz water with 1 scoop white rapids and went in.

I'm still ridiculously sore from Tuesday's workout. The pre workout is definitely having my work capacity higher. Do not fatigue as quick and am able to get more sets/reps in. I noticed this today, actually.

DB rear fly -ss with reverse pec deck fly
4 sets each

3 board into 2 board no rest
135x10 - 135x8
185x8 - 185x6
225x6 - 225x3

Pronated lat pull down, neutral wide-ish
110x10
120x10
130x10

DB curl -ss with calf raises
4 sets

Low db incline (0-1-3 tempo) -ss with meadows row

Boy, did I have a pump! It was great. I forget what it's like lol

As long as I'm not sore for squats and deads Saturday then that's what I'll be doing. Clearly I put a lot of volume in today, so I may be sore tomorrow. White rapids kept me from slowing down! Saw some veins i haven't seen in a while.

Been staying w my dad since the 22nd taking care of him after his hip replacement and brought my Rapids down here for training in the evenings. This stuff is gold, and the tub still seems to be basically full after 14 scoops. Pumps on BSS and leg curls are almost crippling.

*mixed beautifully in 8oz of water
*thats the heaviest I've gone on that pin setting with 275. Has to be cumulative effects from the TMG and Lc malate.
*minor caffeine has been hitting me big time when I lift. The blend of caffeines have proven great for duration of the workout.
*tricep pump was on point from the Agmatine and glycerol. Love acute bennies.

Yesterday was my first day with DUP.

Programs set up as HPS instead of HSP

Squats (cardio death ) sets x reps
225 4x8 ~ total poundage 7200

Bench 7x2
195 7x2 ~ total poundage 2730

Deadlift 5x5
245 5x5 ~ total poundage 6125

*didnt count the warm up weight for total poundage moved.

*my 70-80% weights are off I should have been working with 300lb on deads, but you can see I wasn't. The lack of sleep has definitely been detrimental, as well as the under eating.

*progression will be +5lb every session on every lift for the next four weeks.

*GPP work will be on Saturdays with 4-5 sets, 6-12 reps and RPE being no higher than 8.5+
Sean1332 any input? After a "deload" won't be done in a traditional sense, I may change the ratio to a 2:1:1 with strength being higher specificity/priority.

Now, onto the pre workout.
- rounded scoop with 8oz water. Definitely kept fatigue at bay for the hypertrophy squats, aka kill my respiratory squats. After my final set my hams we're pumped and tight. (Figured out low bar is my )

- the low amount of stim on the product is still hitting me with the same punch as the first day, I've actually lowered the dose from two scoops to one scoop to lengthen the tub plus I found one scoop to be just as effective as two for a 140lb male lol

- I'm assuming this is a side from the pre workout but, I've been ridiculously thirsty while working out. Water consumption is a lot higher than before, which isn't a bad thing at all. Will continue to note dis. I'm guessing it's the hydromax
 
I like the layout, man. And I feel ya on the sleep. I was up at midnight and 330am and 6am. Blows!

I'm guessing it is the hydromax. My thirst had been up, too. I have a 64oz bottle I drink from pre to post. I'm sweating a lot more lately, but I'm sure in part it's due to the weather.

Daughter is off the chain cute, B! So pleased for you! And Dad recovered awesome; he's totally off pain killers and even Tylenol not even two weeks out, he was cleared to drive again and he's basically ditched his cane, let alone the walker.

It's 4 sets 8 reps. I wrote it two different ways lol they read the same just did it in reverse lol

Man, oh man. If you want to really test the pump effect of white rapids hit some tempo and higher rep work. I was actually dumbfounded lol made my shirt feel like a schmedium, and had my veins looking like garden hoses. Honestly can't wait until next Saturday, not just because of the pumps but I enjoy higher rep exercises.

Dude it works so well I don't take it on Sundays right now cause I start w a CAT 5x5 squat for sub 12 min and Rapids illicits too great a pump. It works SO well. I also feel very balanced on it, not cracked out or jittery. It's smooth. I use it for all my upper days and an occasional feeder leg session to promote recovery.

All is well with white rapids. Haven't gotten tired of the flavor, so that's good. The performance aspect is really nice, it's great for slowing fatigue and providing a great pump (especially, again on GPP days)

Still only using a rounded scoop. And still provides the kick I need and lasts the time I like (the duration of my workout)
