Whats up brothers in IRON!!!

Started out with 2 scoops with 16 oz of water and taste great mixes well and NO after taste.

Hit chest and back-did 25 min cardio on eliptical then smashed.

Dumbbell press 55x15-60x12-65x10-70x10-75x10
Flys-50x10-45x12-40x12-35x15-30x15
Lat pulldowns-100x20-130x15-140x12-150x10-160x10
Reverse grip same weight ad reps started with 160 worked down to 100.
Chest press Machine-135x20-185x15-205x10-185x10-135x12
T bar rows-90x15x2sets-70x2 sets of 15 reps
Was pressed on time due to busy schedule and my daughter was in the kids club so had a time limit .

Over all first impression was great NO CRASH , no jitters felt great energy and arms felt pumped even though i didn't hit arms .

Boom!! Cardio+shoulders
Started with 2 scoops and that flavor though piña colada is good .
30 min walking incline to the max speed 4.0-580 cal then jumped on stair master 5 min level 8

Shoulders- lateral raise machine -30x20-40x15-50x15-60x12-70x10
Rear deltoid flys machine-70x20-80x15-90x12-110x8
Dumbbell shoulder press-60x12-65x10-60x10-55x12-50x12
Dumbbell side raises 20x20-25x12-30x8-
Front raises same weight and reps
Bent over delt flys with head on bench set to mid incline-20x15-25x12-30x10
Ez-curl bar up wright rows-70x12-80x10-90x8-100x10
Bent over rows -90x12-100x12
Cable bar close grip up wright row-47x12-57x10-67x8
That was that WORKOUT . So far so good

Arm day - Dumbbell curls -20x20-25x20-30x12-35x10-40x8
Ez bar skull crushers-60x12-70x10-80x8
Sets back to back ez bar curls with reverse curls 6 sets-@40lbs for 10 reps
Hammer curls -30x12-35x10-40x10
Tricep close grip extensions 67x3 sets till failure-
Abs and that was that for Saturday.

Monday legs-Squats-135x12-155x12-185x10-225x10-245x6
Deadlifts -135x10-185x10-225x10-345x10
Leg press-6-45s for 20-8-55-s for 15-10-45s for 12 then worked back down the ladder taking off 2 45's till got to 3 then did calves- then 225x 15
Hack squat-135x10-225x10-185x12-135x12
Leg extensions-70x15-80x12-90x10-110x10-120x10-130x8
Belly down leg curls-60x20-70x12-80x10-90x10
That was brutal legs . Felt that untill Thurs.

The pump has not quit hit me as hard maybe I need less water to mix I'm using 15-16oz for 2 scoops. Energy is great
That's good it's giving you some energy even without stimulants in it.

The amount of water you use to mix it won't really matter in regards to it giving you a pump or not. It's still the same amount of ingredient. Maybe your total water in take for the day would matter. How about your carbs? Any preworkout carbs? On a cut? How far from your workout do you consume it?

I do drink a lot of water at work . and have been eating a lot of carbs .I generally consume it like on the way to the gym usually like half way then I get to the gym take a bathroom break then hit the weights .

I'd like an honest review of the product. That may be skewed with similar/same ingredients in another preworkout. Maybe give it a couple more sessions before adding something else in?

It's a great product so far , but because its stim free I just need the boost , pump feels good it def delivers as promised.

Had a session full upper body .
Shoulders- side raises combined with front raises.
17x20 for the warm up.
20x15-25x12-30x8
Dumbbell shoulder press-50x15-55x12-60x10-65x8
Chest- incline db press-55x15-60x15-70x12-75x10
Db flys-30x20-35x20-40x15-45x10
Ez bar up wright rows-60x15-70x12-80x10-
Ez bar behind the neck press standing-70x10-80x10-90x8
Dumbbell rows-60x15-70x15-75x12-80x12
Lat pull downs -130x15-140x12-150x10-160x8 all sets were close grip with shorter bar.
Cable extensions-35x20-45x15-55x12-65x8
Arms were done from previous pull push .

Squats - 135x20-155x15-185x12-205x12-225x8-
Then went back down the ladder to get to 135
Leg press -8plates for 15reps
10plates for 15-12 plates for 10- then down 2 plates till got to 6 on each . calve press same machine -15 reps -225x2 sets till failure-
Quad hack squat-225x12-265x8-225x10-185x10-135x10
Leg extensions-70x20-80x12-90x12-100x10-110x8- then back down the ladder
Belly down leg curls -70x15-80x12-90x10- then back down
Leg curls -90x15-100x12-110x10-120x8
That was that for leg day .
The pump was great legs felt good and doar after , and still soar 2 days later.

Started with machine flys
17x20-20x20-25x18-30x12
Then back down in weight same reps switched pulleys to lowest angle and did single arm flys over the head to get a good squeeze and the pump was ON!!!
MACHINE dips-120x15-125x15-130x12-140x10-150x10
Incline Dumbbell press-60x12-70x10-65x12-55x12
Skull crushers-55x20-65x12-70x10
Dumbbell flys -35x20-40-15-45x12-55x10

Then revers grip

Then did about 10-15 min punching bag.
