I have Bubblegum flavor I'm using now - can't recommend that flavor enough if you like bubblegum. It's a blast.

Yea, unfortunately I'm not a big strong guy so my workouts aren't very exciting to read about.
But I'm loving the new white flood.
It friggin bomb ass shiznitz
 
Mine showed up today, I've got 3-4 Days left of another to finished and ready to go smack into this..Start if coming week....Which will work out great. I've been setting myself up to some BIG PRs on my Big 3 Lifts. 500/330/550...Are the lowest numbers I'll take. That would add 60lbs to my total.
 
he forgot to send me mine. yeah I am but it is toos stimulated for by bp. he was using me just for that purpose. I can't take more than 1/2 scoop and it still messes me up. I got mine Saturday and haven't put up a log because of working so much . sould be up today.

Man been busy as hell with house maintenance last two weeks and nog tracking my workouts. Been jumping from dtp to power training to atom so growth and so far it's working. Huge pumps and definition coming through just in time for vacation. Gonna carry the flood with me when I workout on vacation. Found a gym about a mile away. Thinking about renting a bike to peddle to it. Almost three miles on the beach too bad I can't use the hotel one it is nice but we have a condo so You aren't allowed to access it. Probably drop off the radar for a few days.
 
I got a jug of flood for the give back promo...the bubblegum is fantastic, great tingles[which I am a fan of], great pump and energy is very good!!!

only used flood a few times so far but I like it...btw-get the bubblegum flavor!!!
 
I am loving the bubble gum!! And to top that, every sample Ive tried is spot on with flavor!! I am thoroughly impressed Controlled Labs!! I will be purchasing soon! And good God at the fire ants crawling on me after I dose my white flood. If this wont get you moving, well I hope you have a will! Lol
