From what I heard from my "sources" you should expect an unmarked white van come by your house within the next 2-4 weeks. There will be a guy with a package. He will leave by the door and knock two times, with a pause in between. Don't open the door, wait for the van to leave. Then calmly step out, and carefully take the package inside. From there, you will know what to do.

I opened the door before the van left, and lost it all...

ive been doing two servings a day. one with my morning protein drink and one scoop with my post protein drink. pretty sweet mixed in with chocolate.
