Just follow exactly what the directions say, bud. OT will be 3 pills twice a day.

Take the samples on seperate days just so you can make an honest assessment of each

To expound on what Sean said, the Oximega will be 2 caps twice a day (I take mine same time as my 2 doses of Orange Triad) and the IQ is one serving daily of 3 tabs at once.
