Controlled Labs has always been solid. They don't get the recognition around here of other, newer companies, but they have been going strong these last 10 years for a reason. Not too many companies last that long too when you think about it.

Ansolutely! Great guys and a great company.

I've never tried Black Hole before, but used three caps about 45 minutes to an hour and it seems to have worked quite well. I haven't been eating much all week, so splurged at McDonald's today on 2 apple pies, 2 McDoubles and a Spicy McChicken. That was after I had about a cup of oats with 2 scoops of PBC Select

I've also never tried, Blue Up, Blue Growth, Green Bulge, Razdiopectin or CLAmore.
